It will be a limited release, very artyfarty and it will also have a download link for even more exclusive content that won't be on the vinyl... We're also working on our 2nd full lenght album, but more about that later. The split with Rain will be released around the end of 2011. It will be released through Funtime Records

Ok, as you can see, we are beta-releasing our new website and testing our cool online store (powered by Solidshops). To celebrate this early virtual release, we’re holding a competition where YOU get to do all the work! How great is that?

We’ll kick off the first round with a pretty impressive prize: 1 FREE entrance to the awesome, spectacular, mind boggling FUNTIME FESTIVAL on Saturday 1 October, which also happens to be a festival where we will be playing...

Hello, we are Musth! | July 2011 | Timme

We are Musth, a postrock band from Belgium. In 2010 Funtime Records released our debut CD titled 'Padjelanta' on cd and vinyl. You can download ‘Padjelanta’ digitally from iTunes, order a copy from our very online store or buy it at one of our shows.

We received a lot of cool comments, got to play a lot of really cool shows (the AB Club with Steak Number Eight, the VK with Kylesa, Ieperfest Winter and Summer Edition to name just a few) and in October you can see us on Funtime Festival in Aarschot (De Klinker), alongside bands such as Poison My Blood, Face Tomorrow, Break Of Day, The Octopussy’s, The Ignored, Refused Party Program and many, many more.

Right now we are writing new material for our upcoming album that we are hoping to release somewhere in 2012. More news concerning this will follow soon (and maybe even more!). Meanwhile, we would also like to promote some of our friends that bear (hah, get it?) the Musth stamp of infinite approval, go check 'em out.

Steak Number Eight: Belgian Postrock Heroes that gave us the opportunity to share the stage with them in the AB Club in Brussels on their CD-release party. They just released a new album ‘All Is Chaos’, which will definitely blow you out of your socks!!!!!! Here’s a clip from that night at the AB:

Rain: 90’s metalcore legends that have returned with a new album in 2011 and surprised everyone with their dark, downtuned, heavy, atmospheric post-rock/metal.

Funtime Records: Probably the coolest label ever!!!!!!!!

Solidshops: One of the awesome guys behind SolidShops is from my hometown. They run an equally awesome e-commerce company that provides a solid e-commerce application for webdevelopers. They gave us the opportunity to launch our new website, fixed us a fantastic webdesigner (Pascalculator) and have supported us in so many other ways.
